Welcome to BillsPenFactory,

I have set up this site so friends and acquaintances that I’ve met and who have asked to see my pen collection would have a place to do so at their own leisure. I am in eastern North Carolina and travel to some local gun and knife shows, local festivals and church bazaars. I setup a display on weekends where you can stop by and see my selection of Writing Instruments, Pens, Toothpick Holders, Key chains, Wine Bottle Stoppers and Cork Screws and more. I will keep a calendar posted on this site to let you know where I will be and when.

I am continually adding new pens to my collection and will work with you on any style or material that you wish. All my pens are one of a kind, handcrafted and certain to be a conversational centerpiece. Although I can try to make two pens just alike it never works out. There is always a little difference (they have a mind of their own once I start turning them). I turn pens from different materials including, wood, acrylic, corian, corn cobs and deer antlers. We use some local woods but most are extremely rare exotic or domestic and totally unique woods from all over the world. We also offer a large selection of acrylic and resin blanks with some wild colors and combinations of materials. I offer many pen styles and sizes with a wide price range. So if you are looking for a gift for someone special, a unique item to present to a valued customer, an heirloom for a family member, or something that you will enjoy yourself, BillsPenFactory can make it happen for you. They make great wedding, graduation, mother or father’s day gifts. They are something different for raffles, retirement and anniversaries.

I have Ballpoint Pens, Roller ball and Fountain Pens. The refills are either Cross style or Parker and can be purchased at any office supply store. The Slim-Line, Comfort and European Style pens utilize the cross pen refills. The Slim-Line Pen has the narrow slim look. The Comfort Pen with or without a rubber grip is slightly thicker. The European Pen is the most elegant of the cross refill pens. Pens with the cross refill are my more economical price pens but are still made to the same high standard as all the pens that I make. Pens that utilize the Parker refill will normally have a more robust weight and feel to them and come with either ballpoint or gel ink. Some pens have a Roller Ball gel or water based liquid, these pens which tend to saturate more deeply and more widely into the paper than the oil based ball points which give the roller ball pens their distinctive writing qualities.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

I create each pen one at a time by hand and some are not perfect. Sometimes that adds character and sometimes “not”. If you are not happy with the workmanship of your pen for any reason return it and I will replace it with a new one of equal value or return your money including all shipping cost. BillsPenFactory wants to earn your trust and keep you as a customer for years to come. You may email me at billspenfactory@icloud.comor call (252) 341-0909 for any help or questions.

You have purchased a functional work of art that should last you for many years of writing pleasure. With that being said there are some things that you can do to make this happen. The wood that I use for your pen is one of Gods natural wonders so care must be taken to insure its beauty for many years to come. Never leave the pen in a car or hot enclosed area. Extreme heat can ruin the pen very quickly. Some exotic woods are sensitive to extreme heat and can crack if abused by such exposure. You may clean and polish your fine wood pen just as if it were a fine piece of furniture in your home with a high quality polish that is designed for wood furniture. (I do not use wax) Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for polishing. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning products as they can damage the finish.

Thank you for visiting my Pen site and if I can be of any assistance do not hesitate to call or email me.
